We have received a small number of trouble reports from AOL browser users.
It is reported that since we have made program changes, AOL browser users cannot access the the Concordance (C) or different versions (V). When these users click on C or V, they get the word "Loading..." that just continually scrolls across the monitor but the Concordance or Versions pages never come up.
The issue is with the AOL provided software. We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Currently we suggest that in order to use the new features of our site, and to work around any AOL browser limitation, try ONE of the following:
- Use Internet Explorer which comes with the Windows operating system to connect to Blue Letter Bible. To find Internet Explorer, go to Start, Programs, Internet Explorer. This solution has been successfully tested.
- Download and use the FireFox v3.0 web browser. This solution has been successfully tested. FireFox may be found here:
