I. DESCRIBED.
A. Negative.
1. "Walks not in counsel of ungodly."
a. Counsel & advice plentiful.
b. The worldly maxims.
1. "Eat, drink, & be merry, for tomorrow we die."
2. "To die rich" "short life & merry."
3. Contrast "For me to live is Christ..."
c. The counsel of worldly gang.
2. Nor stands in the way of sinners.
a. "In world, but not of world."
b. Business life more temptations than recluse.
More opportunities to witness too.
3. "Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful." Progression of practice...walking leads to standing which leads in turn to sitting.
B. Positive.
1. "Delights in law of Lord."
a. A man is known by his books.
b. "Whatsoever a man soweth."
2. "Meditates in law day & night."
