Who Will Raise The Dead?
The Bible says that the God of the Bible, and no one else, is the One who will raise the dead. The psalmist wrote.

But God will redeem my life from the grave; He will surely take me to Himself (Psalm 49:15).

Paul concluded.

As it is written: "I have made you[Abraham] a father of many nations." He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed - the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17).

Trinity

The Bible also makes it clear that each of the members of the Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, will be involved in the resurrection of the believer.

The Father

The Father will raise the dead. Jesus said.

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it. (John 5:21).

The Son

The Son also participates in the resurrection.

This is indeed the will of My Father, that all who see the Son and believe in Him may have eternal life; and I will raise them up on the last day (John 6:40).

The Holy Spirit

The Third Person of the Trinity, God the Holy Spirit, will also be part of the resurrection process.

If the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies also through His Spirit that dwells in you (Romans 8:11).

Summary

The resurrection of the dead will be accomplished by the God of the Bible with all three members of the Trinity being involved. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, will all participate in the resurrection.
