First, make sure you have Internet Explorer 7.0 or a later version, which you can download here. Then, while using Internet Explorer, go to this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/searchguide/en-en/default.mspx
You will notice that there is an orange-yellow box on the right of the page. In the first text box enter the following text:
http://cf.blb.org/search/translationResults.cfm?Criteria=TEST
The default will search the King James Version, however, you can change the Bible version by adding text to the end of the URL, for example:
http://cf.blb.org/search/translationResults.cfm?Criteria=TEST&Version=NKJV
The above example will search the New King James Version (NKJV), but in addition to NKJV, you can use also NLT, NIV, ESV, NASB, RSV, ASV, DBY, YNG, HNV, and VUL.
In the second text box, type:
Blue Letter Bible
Then press the Install button. See the example below:

After clicking on Install, a dialogue box will appear. Click on Add Provider:

On the top-right section of Internet Explorer, click on the Search Options menu (as seen below):

Then select Blue Letter Bible from the list:

Enter your search criterion, then press Enter on your keyboard (or click on the magnifying glass icon). In our example we typed Paul and Silas:

Now you'll see search results on the Blue Letter Bible. Note that this search works for word and phrase searches and not as a verse look-up tool.
