There may be a number of reasons why you can't properly open our audio files and while most relate to your personal computer settings and sometimes, temporary server difficulties, the most common reason is that your computer isn't running RealPlayer. This is the only program that can properly run our .rm audio and video files. If you don't yet have it installed on your computer, you can download a free copy of RealPlayer Basic at: http://www.real.com/

As it can be difficult to navigate the real.com site to find their free version of RealPlayer, you may wish to utilize your browser's Find feature (type Ctrl-F in Internet Explorer) to search for the word "basic."
