“And the angel answered and said unto the women, ‘Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.’” Mat 28:5-6

Passion Week begins with the humble entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday and continues to Good Friday before ending on Resurrection Sunday. This period of time is the one of the most important in Christ's ministry, fulfilling Old Testament prophecy in his suffering, death, and resurrection.

This page contains several resources that cover this period of time, including a video tour of the Holy Land sites that are part of the Passion Week recount and a compelling essay on the crucifixion from David Terasaka, M.D.

Our desire is that this selection will further enhance your studies in God's Word during this time. Passion Week is a rich time, filled with several major prophetic events, theological discourses, and rich meaning. But most of all, it brings us hope as Christians through the sacrifice of our perfect Lamb, Jesus Christ!
