THERE is no Gospel which brings out, in such a striking manner the humanity of Christ, as the one which presents in such a remarkable way the Deity of Jesus, namely, the Gospel according to John; and John 11 is an illustration of this fact. This may be gathered if the name “Jesus” is pondered over. It occurs no less than twenty-four times.
