I. NOT BLESSED ARE THE PERSECUTED BECAUSE THEY ARE OVER ZEALOUS.
A. Some in worship think they must say amen - hallelujah.
II. WHAT IS A CHRISTIAN?
A. Unlike anyone else.
B. Life controlled and dominated by Jesus Christ, "For my sake."
C. His life and thoughts controlled by heaven.
III. HOW HE FACES PERSECUTION.
A. Must not retaliate.
B. Must not feel resentment.
C. Must never be depressed by persecution. "Rejoice and be exceeding glad."
IV. NOT TO REJOICE IN MERE FACT OF PERSECUTION - REGRET.
V. REJOICES IN.
A. You are like God's servants.
B. You are identified with Christ.
C. Proof of where we are going.
VI. WHAT IS THE REWARD?
