箴言15:26将目光转向内心：恶谋为耶和华所憎恶，良言为纯洁（第26节）。神既看重人内心的意图，也看重人外在的言语。
邪恶的计划令人憎恶，因为罪恶始于策划和意图。罪恶在显露于外之前，往往已在内心滋生。所罗门教导我们，上帝不仅审判所做的事情，也审判所策划的事情。
