Portanto, não se associe com um fofoqueiro. A sabedoria reconhece que algumas companhias custam mais do que a amizade vale, e o fofoqueiro é uma delas. O versículo também é um aviso silencioso ao leitor. Se você tem inclinação para ser esse tipo de pessoa, os sábios já estão se afastando de você, quer você tenha percebido ou não.
