And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and with people.

After the synagogue had been dismissed, many of the Jews and devout converts to Judaism followed Paul and Barnabas, who were speaking with them and urging them to continue in the grace of God.

From there they sailed back to Antioch where they had been commended to the grace of God for the work they had now completed.

But Paul chose Silas and departed, after being commended by the brothers and sisters to the grace of the Lord.

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person.

May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal encouragement and good hope by grace,

You, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

so that, having been justified by his grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.

But we do see Jesus ​— ​made lower than the angels for a short time so that by God's grace he might taste death for everyone ​— ​crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death.

Don't be led astray by various kinds of strange teachings; for it is good for the heart to be established by grace and not by food regulations, since those who observe them have not benefited.

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity.[fn]
