Hope for Captive Zion

1 Awake ^H5782, awake ^H5782,

Clothe ^H3847 yourself ^H3847 in your strength ^H5797, O Zion ^H6726;

Clothe ^H3847 yourself ^H3847 in your glorious ^H8597 garments ^H899,

O Jerusalem ^H3389, the holy ^H6944 city ^H5892;

For the uncircumcised ^H6189 and the unclean ^H2931

Will no ^H3808 longer ^H3254 H5750 come ^H935 into you.

2 Shake ^H5287 yourself from the dust ^H6083, rise ^H6965 up ^H6965,

O captive ^H7628 Jerusalem ^H3389;

Loose ^H6605 yourself from the chains ^H4147 around your neck ^H6677,

O captive ^H7628 daughter ^H1323 of Zion ^H6726.

3 For thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068, “You were sold ^H4376 for ^H2600 nothing ^H2600, and you will be redeemed ^H1350 without ^H3808 money ^H3701.”

7 How ^H4100 lovely ^H4998 on the mountains ^H2022

Are the feet ^H7272 of him who proclaims ^H1319 good ^H1319 news ^H1319,

Who [fn]announces ^H8085 [fn]peace ^H7965

And proclaims ^H1319 good ^H1319 news ^H1319 of good ^H2896 things,

Who [fn]announces ^H8085 salvation ^H3444,

And says ^H559 to Zion ^H6726, “Your God ^H430 [fn]reigns ^H4427!”

8 The voice ^H6963 of Your watchmen ^H6822! They lift ^H5375 up ^H5375 their voices ^H6963;

10 Yahweh ^H3068 has bared ^H2834 His holy ^H6944 arm ^H2220

In the sight ^H5869 of all ^H3605 the nations ^H1471,

[fn]That all ^H3605 the ends ^H657 of the earth ^H776 may see ^H7200

The salvation ^H3444 of our God ^H430.

11 Depart ^H5493, depart ^H5493, go ^H3318 out ^H3318 from there ^H8033,

Touch ^H5060 nothing ^H408 unclean ^H2931;

Go ^H3318 out ^H3318 of the midst ^H8432 of her, purify ^H1305 yourselves,

You who carry ^H5375 the vessels ^H3627 of Yahweh ^H3068.

12 But you will not go ^H3318 out ^H3318 in haste ^H2649,

Nor ^H3808 will you go ^H1980 as those who flee ^H4499;

For Yahweh ^H3068 will go ^H1980 before ^H6440 you,

And the God ^H430 of Israel ^H3478 will be your rear ^H622 guard ^H622.

The Exalted Servant

13 Behold ^H2009, My Servant ^H5650 will prosper ^H7919;

He will be ^H7311 high ^H7311 and lifted ^H5375 up ^H5375 and [fn]greatly ^H3966 exalted ^H1361.
