Where Can Wisdom Be Found?

And a place ^H4725 [fn]where they refine ^H2212 for gold ^H2091.

2 “Iron ^H1270 is taken ^H3947 from the dust ^H6083,

And copper ^H5154 is smelted ^H6694 from rock ^H68.

3 “Man puts ^H7760 an end ^H7093 to darkness ^H2822,

And to the farthest ^H3605 limit ^H8503 he searches ^H2713 out ^H2713

The rock ^H68 in thick ^H652 darkness ^H652 and shadow ^H6757 of death ^H6757.

4 “He [fn]sinks ^H6555 a shaft ^H5158 far from [fn]habitation ^H1481,

Forgotten ^H7911 by the foot ^H7272;

Nor ^H3808 can it be valued ^H5541 in pure ^H2889 gold ^H3800.
