to boil (Exd 16:23).

International Standard Bible Encyclopaedia

Seethe:

seth: Old English for "boil"; past tense, "sod" (Ge 25:29), past participle, "sodden" (La 4:10). See Ex 23:19 the King James Version.

King James Dictionary

Seethe: To Cook.
