Below are articles from the following dictionary:
Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words
A-1 Noun Strong's Number: g3056 Greek: logos

Talk (Noun and Verb):

"a word," is translated "talk" in Mat 22:15; Mar 12:13.
See ACCOUNT, B.

A-2 Noun Strong's Number: g3026 Greek: leros

Talk (Noun and Verb):

denotes "foolish talk, nonsense," Luk 24:11, RV, "idle talk" (AV, "idle tales").

B-1 Verb Strong's Number: g2980 Greek: laleo

Talk (Noun and Verb):

"to speak, say," is always translated "to speak" in the RV, where the AV renders it by "to talk," Mat 12:46; Mar 6:50; Luk 24:32; Jhn 4:27 (twice); Jhn 9:37; 14:30; Act 26:31; Rev 4:1; 17:1; 21:9, 15. The RV rendering is preferable; the idea of "chat" or "chatter" is entirely foreign to the NT, and should never be regarded as the meaning in 1Cr 14:34, 35.
See COMMUNE, Note, SAY, No. 1, Note, and No. 2, SPEAK.

B-2 Verb Strong's Number: g4814 Greek: sullaleo

Talk (Noun and Verb):

"to speak with" (sun), is translated "to talk with," Mat 17:3; Mar 9:4; Luk 9:30.
See CONFER, No. 2.

B-3 Verb Strong's Number: g3656 Greek: homileo

Talk (Noun and Verb):

"to be in company with, consort with" (homilos, "a throng;" homilia, "a company"), hence, "to converse with," is rendered "to talk with," Act 20:11.
See COMMUNE, No. 2.

B-4 Verb Strong's Number: g4926 Greek: sunomileo

Talk (Noun and Verb):

"to converse, talk with," occurs in Act 10:27.
