Hariph:

ha'-rif (chariph, chariph): One of those who returned from exile under Zerubbabel and helped to seal the covenant under Nehemiah and Ezra (Ne 7:24; 10:19 (20)). Ezr 2:18 has "Jorah."

Smith's Bible Dictionary

Hariph:

(a plucking‐off.) A hundred and twelve of the Bene‐Hariph returned from the captivity with Zerubbabel (Nehemiah 7:24). The name occurs again among the "heads of the people" who sealed the covenant (Nehemiah 10:19).
