Eshtaol:
(a pass) a town in the low country-the Shefelah-of Judah, after wards allotted to Dan (Joshua 15:33; 19:41). Here Samson spent his boyhood, and hither after his last exploit his body was brought (Judges 13:25; 16:31; 18:2; 18:8; 18:11-12).
The Blue Letter Bible ministry and the BLB Institute hold to the historical, conservative Christian faith, which includes a firm belief in the inerrancy of Scripture. Since the text and audio content provided by BLB represent a range of evangelical traditions, all of the ideas and principles conveyed in the resource materials are not necessarily affirmed, in total, by this ministry.
