(1) some phrases introduced by the preposition dia, "on account of," dia touto, "on account of this," e.g., Mat 12:31; Rom 5:12; Eph 1:15; 3Jo 1:10; dia hen (the accusative feminine of hos, "who"), "on account of which" (aitia, "a cause," being understood), e.g., Act 10:21 (with aitia, expressed, Tts 1:13; Hbr 2:11); dia ti "on account of what?" (sometimes as one word, diati), e.g., Luk 19:23; Rom 9:32; 2Cr 11:11; Rev 17:7;

(11) toigaroun, "therefore," rendered "wherefore" in Hbr 12:1, AV;
