وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْبَهَائِمِ النَّجِسَةِ يَفْدِيهِ حَسَبَ تَقْوِيمِكَ وَيَزِيدُ خُمْسَهُ عَلَيْهِ. وَإِنْ لَمْ يُفَكَّ، فَيُبَاعُ حَسَبَ تَقْوِيمِكَ.

أَمَّا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْبَهَائِمِ النَّجِسَةِ، فَعَلَى صَاحِبِهِ أَنْ يَفْدِيَهُ حَسَبَ تَقْدِيرِكَ، وَيُضِيفَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ خُمْسَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْدِهِ يُبَاعُ وَفْقاً لِتَقْدِيرِكَ.
