يُعْطِي الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي اضْطَجَعَ مَعَهَا لأَبِي الْفَتَاةِ خَمْسِينَ مِنَ الْفِضَّةِ، وَتَكُونُ هِيَ لَهُ زَوْجَةً مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَذَلَّهَا. لاَ يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا كُلَّ أَيَّامِهِ.
