So David left Gath and took refuge in the cave of Adullam. When David’s brothers and his father’s whole family heard, they went down and joined him there.
So David departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam; and when his brothers and all his father’s house heard about it, they went down there to him.
فَذَهَبَ دَاوُدُ مِنْ هُنَاكَ وَنَجَا إِلَى مَغَارَةِ عَدُلاَّمَ. فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ إِخْوَتُهُ وَجَمِيعُ بَيْتِ أَبِيهِ نَزَلُوا إِلَيْهِ إِلَى هُنَاكَ.
