وَكَانَتِ الْمَرْكَبَةُ تَصْعَدُ وَتَخْرُجُ مِنْ مِصْرَ بِسِتِّ مِئَةِ شَاقِل مِنَ الْفِضَّةِ، وَالْفَرَسُ بِمِئَةٍ وَخَمْسِينَ. وَهكَذَا لِجَمِيعِ مُلُوكِ الْحِثِّيِّينَ وَمُلُوكِ أَرَامَ كَانُوا يُخْرِجُونَ عَنْ يَدِهِمْ.

وَشَرَعَ تُجَّارُ الْمَلِكِ يَسْتَوْرِدُونَ الْمَرْكَبَاتِ مِنْ مِصْرَ، فَيَدْفَعُونَ سِتَ مِئَةِ شَاقِلٍ (نَحْوَ سَبْعَةِ كِيلُو جِرَامَاتٍ) مِنْ الْفِضَّةِ عَنْ كُلَّ مَرْكَبَةٍ، وَمِئَةً وَخَمْسِينَ شَاقِلاً (نَحْوَ كِيلُو جِرَامَيْنِ) عَنْ كُلِّ فَرَسٍ. ثُمَّ يُصَدِّرُونَهَا لِجَمِيعِ مُلُوكِ الْحِثِّيِّينَ وَمُلُوكِ الأَرَامِيِّينَ.
