And his head H7218 caught H2388 fast H2388 in the oak H424, so he was [fn]left H5414 hanging H5414 between H996 heaven H8064 and earth H776, while the mule H6505 that was under H8478 him passed H5674 onward.
Now Absalom met the servants of David. Absalom was riding on his mule, and the mule went under the thick branches of a massive tree, and his [fn]head was caught in [the thick branches of] the tree; and he was left hanging [in midair] between heaven and earth, while the mule that had been under him kept going.
وَصَادَفَ أَبْشَالُومُ عَبِيدَ دَاوُدَ، وَكَانَ أَبْشَالُومُ رَاكِبًا عَلَى بَغْل، فَدَخَلَ الْبَغْلُ تَحْتَ أَغْصَانِ الْبُطْمَةِ الْعَظِيمَةِ الْمُلْتَفَّةِ، فَتَعَلَّقَ رَأْسُهُ بِالْبُطْمَةِ وَعُلِّقَ بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ، وَالْبَغْلُ الَّذِي تَحْتَهُ مَرَّ.
