وَإِنْ لَمْ تَنَلْ يَدُهُ كِفَايَةً لِيَرُدَّ لَهُ، يَكُونُ مَبِيعُهُ فِي يَدِ شَارِيهِ إِلَى سَنَةِ الْيُوبِيلِ، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ فِي الْيُوبِيلِ فَيَرْجِعُ إِلَى مُلْكِهِ.

وَإِنْ لَمْ يَتَوَافَرْ لَدَيْهِ الْمَالُ لاِسْتِرْدَادِ مَبِيعِهِ مِنْ يَدِ الشَّارِي، فَلْيَنْتَظِرْ حَتَّى حُلُولِ سَنَةِ الْيُوبِيلِ لِيَسْتَرِدَّ مُلْكَهُ.
