فَعَيِّنُوا لأَنْفُسِكُمْ مُدُناً تَكُونُ مَلْجَأً لَكُمْ يَلُوذُ بِها مَنْ يَقْتُلُ أَحَداً عَنْ غَيْرِ عَمْدٍ،
