He waited seven days for the appointed time that Samuel had set, but Samuel didn’t come to Gilgal, and the troops were deserting him.
Now Saul waited seven days, according to the appointed time which Samuel had set, but Samuel had not come to Gilgal; and the people were scattering away from Saul.
فَمَكَثَ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ حَسَبَ مِيعَادِ صَمُوئِيلَ، وَلَمْ يَأْتِ صَمُوئِيلُ إِلَى الْجِلْجَالِ، وَالشَّعْبُ تَفَرَّقَ عَنْهُ.
