When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over Israel, they all went in search of David, but he heard about it and went down to the stronghold.
Now when the Philistines H6430 heard H8085 that they had anointed H4886 David H1732 king H4428 over H5921 Israel H3478, all H3605 the Philistines H6430 went H5927 up H5927 to seek H1245 out H1245 David H1732; and when David H1732 heard H8085 about it, he went H3381 down H3381 to the stronghold H4686.
وَسَمِعَ الْفِلِسْطِينِيُّونَ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ مَسَحُوا دَاوُدَ مَلِكًا عَلَى إِسْرَائِيلَ، فَصَعِدَ جَمِيعُ الْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ لِيُفَتِّشُوا عَلَى دَاوُدَ. وَلَمَّا سَمِعَ دَاوُدُ نَزَلَ إِلَى الْحِصْنِ.
