Her husband’s H2993 brother H2993 shall have H935 relations H935 with H935 her and take H3947 her to himself as his wife H802, and perform H2992 the duty H2992 of H2992 a H2992 husband’s H2992 brother H2992 to her.

“If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, the widow of the deceased shall not be married outside the family to a stranger. Her husband’s brother shall be intimate with her after taking her as his wife and perform the duty of a husband’s brother to her.
«إِذَا سَكَنَ إِخْوَةٌ مَعًا وَمَاتَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمْ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ ابْنٌ، فَلاَ تَصِرِ امْرَأَةُ الْمَيْتِ إِلَى خَارِجٍ لِرَجُل أَجْنَبِيٍّ. أَخُو زَوْجِهَا يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَيَتَّخِذُهَا لِنَفْسِهِ زَوْجَةً، وَيَقُومُ لَهَا بِوَاجِبِ أَخِي الزَّوْجِ.
