وَأَرْسَلَ إِسْرَائِيلُ رُسُلاً إِلَى مَلِكِ أَدُومَ قَائِلاً: دَعْنِي أَعْبُرْ فِي أَرْضِكَ. فَلَمْ يَسْمَعْ مَلِكُ أَدُومَ. فَأَرْسَلَ أَيْضًا إِلَى مَلِكِ مُوآبَ فَلَمْ يَرْضَ. فَأَقَامَ إِسْرَائِيلُ فِي قَادَشَ.
