The Israelites asked, “Who of all the tribes of Israel didn’t come to the LORD with the assembly? ” For a great oath had been taken that anyone who had not come to the LORD at Mizpah would certainly be put to death.
Then the sons H1121 of Israel H3478 said H559, “Who H4310 is there among H4480 all H3605 the tribes H7626 of Israel H3478 who H834 did not go H5927 up H5927 to the LORD H3068 in the assembly H6951?” For [fn]they had taken H1961 a solemn H1419 oath H7621 concerning anyone who H834 did not go H5927 up H5927 to the LORD H3068 at Mizpah H4709, saying H559, “He shall certainly H4191 be put H4191 to H4191 death H4191.”

Then the sons of Israel said, “Which one from all the tribes of Israel did not come up in the assembly to the LORD?” For they had taken a great oath concerning him who did not come up to the LORD at Mizpah, saying, “He shall certainly be put to death.”
وَقَالَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ: «مَنْ هُوَ الَّذِي لَمْ يَصْعَدْ فِي الْمَجْمَعِ مِنْ جَمِيعِ أَسْبَاطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ إِلَى الرَّبِّ؟»لأَنَّهُ صَارَ الْحَلْفُ الْعَظِيمُ عَلَى الَّذِي لَمْ يَصْعَدْ إِلَى الرَّبِّ إِلَى الْمِصْفَاةِ قَائِلاً: «يُمَاتُ مَوْتًا».
