The Reubenites and Gadites had a very large number of livestock. When they surveyed the lands of Jazer and Gilead, they saw that the region was a good one for livestock.
Now the sons H1121 of Reuben H7205 and the sons H1121 of Gad H1410 had H1961 a very H3966 large H6099 number H6099 of livestock H4735. So when they saw H7200 the land H776 of Jazer H3270 and the land H776 of Gilead H1568, that [fn]it was indeed H2009 a place H4725 suitable H4725 for livestock H4735,

Now the sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad had very large herds of cattle, and they saw the land of Jazer and the land of Gilead [on the east side of the Jordan River], and indeed, the place was suitable for raising livestock.
وَأَمَّا بَنُو رَأُوبَيْنَ وَبَنُو جَادَ فَكَانَ لَهُمْ مَوَاشٍ كَثِيرَةٌ وَافِرَةٌ جِدًّا. فَلَمَّا رَأَوْا أَرْضَ يَعْزِيرَ وَأَرْضَ جِلْعَادَ، وَإِذَا الْمَكَانُ مَكَانُ مَوَاشٍ،
