وَلَمَّا لَمْ يُمْكِنْهَا أَنْ تُخَبِّئَهُ بَعْدُ، أَخَذَتْ لَهُ سَفَطًا مِنَ الْبَرْدِيِّ وَطَلَتْهُ بِالْحُمَرِ وَالزِّفْتِ، وَوَضَعَتِ الْوَلَدَ فِيهِ، وَوَضَعَتْهُ بَيْنَ الْحَلْفَاءِ عَلَى حَافَةِ النَّهْرِ.
