Saul commanded him, “Tell me what you did.”
Jonathan told him, “I tasted a little honey with the end of the staff I was carrying. I am ready to die! ”
So Saul H7586 said H559 to Jonathan H3083, “Tell H5046 me what H4100 you have done H6213.” And Jonathan H3083 told H5046 him, and said H559, “I did indeed H2938 taste H2938 a little H4592 honey H1706 with the end H7097 of the staff H4294 that was in my hand H3027. Here H2009 I am, I must die H4191!”
Saul said to Jonathan, “Tell me what you have done.” So Jonathan told him, “I tasted a little honey with the end of the staff that was in my hand. Here I am, I must die!”
فَقَالَ شَاوُلُ لِيُونَاثَانَ: «أَخْبِرْنِي مَاذَا فَعَلْتَ». فَأَخْبَرَهُ يُونَاثَانُ وَقَالَ: «ذُقْتُ ذَوْقًا بِطَرَفِ النُّشَّابَةِ الَّتِي بِيَدِي قَلِيلَ عَسَل. فَهأَنَذَا أَمُوتُ».
