وَلَمَّا سَمِعَ الْمَلِكُ دَاوُدُ بِجَمِيعِ هذِهِ الأُمُورِ اغْتَاظَ جِدًّا.

And king David heard of all these things, and was very angry; but he did not grieve the spirit of his son Amnon, because he loved him, for he was his first-born.
