Leviticus 4:24 - וְסָמַךְ יָדֹו עַל־רֹאשׁ הַשָּׂעִיר וְשָׁחַט אֹתֹו בִּמְקֹום אֲשֶׁר־יִשְׁחַט אֶת־הָעֹלָה לִפְנֵי יְהוָה חַטָּאת הוּא׃
