وَإِنْ لَمْ تُسَرَّ بِهَا فَأَطْلِقْهَا لِنَفْسِهَا. لاَ تَبِعْهَا بَيْعًا بِفِضَّةٍ، وَلاَ تَسْتَرِقَّهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّكَ قَدْ أَذْلَلْتَهَا.

فَإِنْ لَمْ تَرُقْهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَلْيُطْلِقْهَا لِتَذْهَبَ حَيْثُ تَشَاءُ. لَا يَبِيعُهَا بِفِضَّةٍ أَوْ يَسْتَعْبِدُهَا، لأَنَّهُ قَدْ أَذَلَّهَا.
