LOVE STORY
God's world a prodigal.
God gave man a chance to govern self.
1. Failed miserably.
2. Become entangled in sin.
a. Hopelessly enslaved.
b. Lost meaning and purpose of life.
3. God desired to win world back.
a. Necessary to send one who was pure.
b. "For God so loved the world."
4. Angel Gabriel overseer of the details.
a. Appeared to Daniel.
b. Appeared to Mary.
c. Appeared to Joseph.
d. Appeared to Shepherds.
5. "I am come that ye might have life."
"No room in the Inn."
Very creator of universe born in manger for lack of room in Inn. How tragic! How many today have no room in the inside of life for Christ.
I. NO ROOM IN THE INN.
A. Black mark in history.
1. Christ, the Creator, Prince of Glory.
a. Born in a manger.
2. Cruel hearted man.
3. Cruel hearted people.
B. Surely had the Inn keeper known - different story.
1. I wonder.
II. CHRIST EXCLUDED EVEN TODAY.
A. Men know who He is.
B. They have heard of His love.
C. Yet refuse to give place in their hearts for Him.
1. Life to full of pursuit of pleasure.
a. No room for Christ.
b. Why is world always seeking?
2. Too busy amassing fortune. No room for Christ.
3. Too busy with my friends No room for Christ.
D. What is more important than Christ?
III. CHRISTMAS TIME ROOM WOULD BE MADE FOR HIM.
A. Alas He has been replaced by Santa Claus.
