  1. There are four Rapture Views: Pre-tribulation; Mid-tribulation; Pre-wrath; Post-tribulation. See Diagram 5 for a defense of the Pre-tribulation view.
  2. Battles begin on the mountains of Israel (Eze 38-39) and on “Har (Mt.) of Magedon,” i.e. War of Armageddon. The campaign ends up in Jerusalem in a confrontation with Jesus (Zec 12-14). Though there are similar descriptions and names (“Gog”) used in Ezekiel and Revelation, there are two distinct major battles – one at the end of the Tribulation and one at the end of the Millennium.
  3. The “all Israel (that) will be saved” at the end of the Tribulation will enter into the Kingdom (Romans 9:26) along with Gentiles who will be saved during that time. It may be that children will inherit the Kingdom as well (Matthew 19:13).
  4. The resurrection of Old Testament and Tribulation saints seem to occur at the end of the Tribulation (Dan 12). They will enter Christ’s Millennial Kingdom. Admittedly, the interaction of the glorified Church, resurrected Old Testament and Tribulation saints, and those who enter the Kingdom in their physical bodies, is unspecified in Scripture.
  5. If it is the case that those who become believers during the Millennial Kingdom may still die (albeit at an old age; Isaiah 65:20), they would be raised and glorified at the end of that period. The “first resurrection” is one of kind not time. The Rapture and the resurrection of OT saints and Tribulation saints, although separated, constitute a resurrection “to life.” The “second death” will be the resurrection and judgment of unbelievers of all time.
  6. The “marriage of the Lamb” and the “marriage supper of the Lamb” are two separate events. The raptured saints are dressed in white and return with the Lord at the end of the Tribulation. The celebration of that marriage lasts throughout the Millennium. Following the 1,000-Year reign of Christ, the “bride of Christ” metaphor will expand to include all saints of all time.
  7. Although there are no descriptions of “a new heaven and a new earth,” there are descriptions and dimensions of the “New Jerusalem” are given in Revelation 21:1 through Revelation 22:4.
