And he said to him, “I will give you all these things if you will fall down and worship me.”[fn]
“At this, the servant fell facedown before him and said, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay you everything.'
“At this, his fellow servant fell down[fn] and began begging him, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay you back.'
“Whoever falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it will shatter him.”[fn]
So they brought the boy to him. When the spirit saw him, it immediately threw the boy into convulsions. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.
While he was in one of the towns, a man was there who had leprosy[fn] all over him. He saw Jesus, fell facedown, and begged him, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”
Just then, a man named Jairus came. He was a leader of the synagogue. He fell down at Jesus's feet and pleaded with him to come to his house,
“Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces, but on whomever it falls, it will shatter him.”
“Truly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains by itself. But if it dies, it produces much fruit.
When he heard these words, Ananias dropped dead, and a great fear came on all who heard.
Falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? ”
