Then Samuel ^H8050 said ^H559 to the people ^H5971, “It is Yahweh ^H3068 who ^H834 [fn]appointed ^H6213 Moses ^H4872 and Aaron ^H175 and who ^H834 brought ^H5927 your fathers ^H1 up ^H5927 from the land ^H776 of Egypt ^H4714.

Because ^H3588 it is You who have done ^H6213 it.

May Yahweh ^H3068 bless ^H1288 you from Zion ^H6726,

Who made ^H6213 heaven ^H8064 and earth ^H776.

Even ^H1571 an ignorant ^H191 fool ^H191, when he keeps ^H2790 silent ^H2790, is considered ^H2803 wise ^H2450;

When he closes ^H331 his lips ^H8193, he is considered understanding ^H995.

When its limbs ^H7105 are ^H3001 dry ^H3001, they are broken ^H7665 off;

Women ^H802 come ^H935 and light ^H215 a ^H215 fire ^H215 with them,

For they are not a people ^H5971 of discernment ^H998,

And He who formed ^H3335 you, O Israel ^H3478,

“Do not fear ^H3372, for I have redeemed ^H1350 you;

I have called ^H7121 you by name ^H8034; you are Mine!

Thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068 who made ^H6213 you

And formed ^H3335 you from the womb ^H990, who will help ^H5826 you,

‘Do not fear ^H3372, O Jacob ^H3290 My servant ^H5650,

And you Jeshurun ^H3484 whom I have chosen ^H977.

The One forming ^H3335 light ^H216 and creating ^H1254 darkness ^H2822,

Producing ^H6213 peace ^H7965 and creating ^H1254 calamity ^H7451;

I am Yahweh ^H3068 who does ^H6213 all ^H3605 these ^H428.

Thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068, the Holy ^H6918 One ^H6918 of Israel ^H3478, and his [fn]Maker ^H3335:

“[fn]Ask ^H7592 Me about ^H5921 the things ^H857 that are to ^H857 come ^H857 [fn]concerning ^H5921 My sons ^H1121,

And you shall [fn]commit ^H6680 to Me the work ^H6467 of My hands ^H3027.

For thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068, who created ^H1254 the heavens ^H8064 (He is the God ^H430 who formed ^H3335 the earth ^H776 and made ^H6213 it; He established ^H3559 it and did not create ^H1254 it [fn]a formless ^H8414 place ^H8414, but formed ^H3335 it to be inhabited ^H3427),

“I am Yahweh ^H3068, and there ^H369 is ^H369 none ^H369 else ^H5750.

It is He who made ^H6213 the earth ^H776 by His power ^H3581,

Who established ^H3559 the world ^H8398 by His wisdom ^H2451;

And by His understanding ^H8394 He has stretched ^H5186 out ^H5186 the heavens ^H8064.
