Winer's Grammar, 460 (429)]). ἡ ἀνάστ. ἡ πρώτη in Revelation 20:5f will be that of true Christians, and at the end of a thousand years will be followed by a second resurrection, that of all the rest of mankind, Revelation 20:12ff.
