Contributions for the Sanctuary

1 Then Yahweh ^H3068 spoke ^H1696 to Moses ^H4872, saying ^H559,

2 “Speak ^H1696 with the sons ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 so that they take ^H3947 a [fn]contribution ^H8641 for Me; from every ^H3605 man ^H376 whose ^H834 heart ^H3820 is willing ^H5068 you shall take ^H3947 My [fn]contribution ^H8641. 3 And this ^H2088 is the [fn]contribution ^H8641 which ^H834 you shall take ^H3947 from them: gold ^H2091, silver ^H3701, and bronze ^H5178, 4 [fn]blue ^H8504, purple ^H713, and scarlet ^H8144 material, fine ^H8336 linen ^H8336, goat ^H5795 hair, 5 rams’ ^H352 skins ^H5785 dyed ^H119 red ^H119, porpoise ^H8476 skins ^H5785, acacia ^H7848 wood ^H6086, 6 oil ^H8081 for lighting ^H3974, spices ^H1314 for the anointing ^H4888 oil ^H8081 and for the fragrant ^H5561 incense ^H7004, 7 onyx ^H7718 stones ^H68, and setting ^H4394 stones ^H68 for the ephod ^H646 and for the [fn]breastpiece ^H2833. 8 And let them make ^H6213 a sanctuary ^H4720 for Me, that I may dwell ^H7931 among ^H8432 them. 9 According to all ^H3605 that I am going to show ^H7200 you, as the pattern ^H8403 of the tabernacle ^H4908 and the pattern ^H8403 of all ^H3605 its furniture ^H3627, just so ^H3651 you shall make ^H6213 it.

The Ark of the Testimony

10 “And they shall make ^H6213 an ark ^H727 of acacia ^H7848 wood ^H6086 two and a half ^H2677 [fn]cubits ^H520 [fn]long ^H753, and one and a half ^H2677 cubits ^H520 [fn]wide ^H7341, and one and a half ^H2677 cubits ^H520 [fn]high ^H6967.

11 You shall overlay ^H6823 it with pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091, inside ^H4480 H1004 and out you shall overlay ^H6823 it, and you shall make ^H6213 a gold ^H2091 molding ^H2213 [fn]around ^H5439 it. 12 You shall cast ^H3332 four ^H702 gold ^H2091 rings ^H2885 for it and [fn]fasten ^H5414 them on its four ^H702 feet ^H6471, and two ^H8147 rings ^H2885 shall be on one ^H259 side ^H6763 of it and two ^H8147 rings ^H2885 on the other ^H8145 side ^H6763 of it. 13 You shall make ^H6213 poles ^H905 of acacia ^H7848 wood ^H6086 and overlay ^H6823 them with gold ^H2091. 14 You shall put ^H935 the poles ^H905 into the rings ^H2885 on the sides ^H6763 of the ark ^H727, to carry ^H5375 the ark ^H727 with them. 15 The poles ^H905 shall [fn]remain ^H1961 in the rings ^H2885 of the ark ^H727; they shall not be removed ^H5493 from it. 16 You shall put ^H5414 into the ark ^H727 the testimony ^H5715 which ^H834 I shall give ^H5414 you.

17 “You shall make ^H6213 a [fn]mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727 of pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091, two and a half ^H2677 [fn]cubits ^H520 [fn]long ^H753 and one and a half ^H2677 cubits ^H520 [fn]wide ^H7341. 18 You shall make ^H6213 two ^H8147 cherubim ^H3742 of gold ^H2091; make ^H6213 them of hammered ^H4749 work ^H4749 [fn]at the two ^H8147 ends ^H7098 of the mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727. 19 Make ^H6213 one ^H259 cherub ^H3742 [fn]at one ^H2088 end ^H7098 and one ^H259 cherub ^H3742 [fn]at the other ^H259 end ^H7098; from one piece you shall make ^H6213 the mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727 with the cherubim ^H3742 at its two ^H8147 ends ^H7098. 20 The cherubim ^H3742 shall have ^H1961 their wings ^H3671 spread ^H6566 upward ^H4605, covering ^H5526 the mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727 with their wings ^H3671, with their faces ^H6440 toward ^H413 one ^H376 another ^H251; the faces ^H6440 of the cherubim ^H3742 are to be toward ^H413 the mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727. 21 You shall put ^H5414 the mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727 [fn]on top ^H4605 of the ark ^H727, and in the ark ^H727 you shall put ^H5414 the testimony ^H5715 which ^H834 I will give ^H5414 to you. 22 There ^H8033 I will meet ^H3259 with you; and from above ^H5921 the mercy ^H3727 seat ^H3727, from between ^H996 the two ^H8147 cherubim ^H3742 which ^H834 are upon the ark ^H727 of the testimony ^H5715, I will speak ^H1696 to you about all ^H3605 which I will command ^H6680 you for the sons ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478.

Bread of the Presence

23 “You shall make ^H6213 a table ^H7979 of acacia ^H7848 wood ^H6086, two ^H8147 [fn]cubits ^H520 [fn]long ^H753 and one cubit ^H520 [fn]wide ^H7341 and one and a half ^H2677 cubits ^H520 [fn]high ^H6967.

24 You shall overlay ^H6823 it with pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091 and make ^H6213 a gold ^H2091 border ^H2213 around ^H5439 it. 25 You shall make ^H6213 for it a rim ^H4526 of a [fn]handbreadth ^H2948 around ^H5439 it; and you shall make ^H6213 a gold ^H2091 border ^H2213 for the rim ^H4526 around ^H5439 it. 26 You shall make ^H6213 four ^H702 gold ^H2091 rings ^H2885 for it and put ^H5414 rings ^H2885 on the four ^H702 corners ^H6285 which ^H834 are on its four ^H702 feet ^H7272. 27 The rings ^H2885 shall be close ^H5980 to the rim ^H4526 as holders ^H1004 for the poles ^H905 to carry ^H5375 the table ^H7979. 28 You shall make ^H6213 the poles ^H905 of acacia ^H7848 wood ^H6086 and overlay ^H6823 them with gold ^H2091, so that with them the table ^H7979 may be carried ^H5375. 29 You shall make ^H6213 its [fn]dishes ^H7086 and its pans ^H3709 and its jars ^H7184 and its offering ^H4518 bowls ^H4518 with which ^H834 to pour ^H5258 drink ^H5258 offerings ^H5258; you shall make ^H6213 them of pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091. 30 You shall set ^H5414 the bread ^H3899 of the [fn]Presence ^H6440 on the table ^H7979 before ^H6440 Me [fn]at all ^H8548 times ^H8548.

The Golden Lampstand

31 “Then you shall make ^H6213 a lampstand ^H4501 of pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091. The lampstand ^H4501, its base ^H3409, and its shaft ^H7070 are to be made ^H6213 of hammered ^H4749 work ^H4749; its cups ^H1375, its [fn]bulbs ^H3730, and its flowers ^H6525 shall be [fn]of the same piece.

32 Six ^H8337 branches ^H7070 shall go ^H3318 out ^H3318 from its sides ^H6654; three ^H7969 branches ^H7070 of the lampstand ^H4501 from its one ^H259 side ^H6654 and three ^H7969 branches ^H7070 of the lampstand ^H4501 from its [fn]other ^H8145 side ^H6654. 33 Three ^H7969 cups ^H1375 shall be shaped ^H8246 like ^H8246 almond ^H8246 blossoms in the one ^H259 branch ^H7070, a [fn]bulb ^H3730 and a flower ^H6525, and three ^H7969 cups ^H1375 shaped ^H8246 like ^H8246 almond ^H8246 blossoms in the [fn]other ^H259 branch ^H7070, a [fn]bulb ^H3730 and a flower ^H6525—so ^H3651 for the six ^H8337 branches ^H7070 going ^H3318 out ^H3318 from the lampstand ^H4501; 34 and in the lampstand ^H4501 four ^H702 cups ^H1375 shaped ^H8246 like ^H8246 almond ^H8246 blossoms, its [fn]bulbs ^H3730 and its flowers ^H6525. 35 And a [fn]bulb ^H3730 shall be under ^H8478 the first pair ^H8147 of branches ^H7070 coming out of it, and a [fn]bulb ^H3730 under ^H8478 the second pair ^H8147 of branches ^H7070 coming out of it, and a [fn]bulb ^H3730 under ^H8478 the third pair ^H8147 of branches ^H7070 coming out of it, for the six ^H8337 branches ^H7070 coming ^H3318 out ^H3318 of the lampstand ^H4501. 36 Their [fn]bulbs ^H3730 and their branches ^H7070 shall be [fn]of the same piece; all ^H3605 of it shall be one ^H259 piece of hammered ^H4749 work ^H4749 of pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091. 37 Then you shall make ^H6213 its lamps ^H5216 seven ^H7651 in number; and they shall [fn]mount ^H5927 its lamps ^H5216 so as to shed ^H215 light ^H215 on the space ^H5676 in front ^H6440 of it. 38 And its tongs ^H4457 and [fn]their trays ^H4289 shall be of pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091. 39 It shall be made ^H6213 from a [fn]talent ^H3603 of pure ^H2889 gold ^H2091, with all ^H3605 these ^H428 utensils ^H3627. 40 And see ^H7200 that you make ^H6213 them after the pattern ^H8403 for them, which ^H834 was shown ^H7200 to you on the mountain ^H2022.
