The Healing at Bethesda

Jesus’ Equality with the Father

24 “Truly ^G281, truly ^G281, I say ^G3004 to you, he who hears ^G191 My word ^G3056, and believes ^G4100 Him who sent ^G3992 Me, has ^G2192 eternal ^G166 life ^G2222, and does not come ^G2064 into judgment ^G2920, but has passed ^G3327 out of death ^G2288 into life ^G2222.

Two Resurrections

31 “If ^G1437 I alone bear ^G3140 witness ^G3140 about ^G4012 Myself ^G1683, My witness ^G3141 is not [fn]true ^G227. 32 There is another ^G243 who bears ^G3140 witness ^G3140 about Me, and I know ^G6063 that the witness ^G3141 which ^G3739 He gives ^G3140 about ^G4012 Me is true ^G227.

Witnesses to Jesus: The Father and the Scriptures
