Prayer for Protection, Guidance, and Pardon.
A Psalm of David.
1 To You, LORD H3068, I lift H5375 up H5375 my soul H5315.
2 My God H430, in You I trust H982,
Do not let me be H954 ashamed H954;
Do not let my enemies H340 rejoice H5970 over me.
3 Indeed H1571, none H3605 H3808 of those who wait H6960 for You will be H954 ashamed H954;
[fn]Those who deal H898 treacherously H898 without H7387 cause H7387 will be H954 ashamed H954.
4 Make me know H3045 Your ways H1870, LORD H3068;
Teach H3925 me Your paths H734.
5 Lead H1869 me in Your truth H571 and teach H3925 me,
For You are the God H430 of my salvation H3468;
For You I wait H6960 all H3605 the day H3117.
6 Remember H2142, LORD H3068, Your compassion H7356 and Your faithfulness H2617,
