Happy, Happier:
"blessed, happy," is rendered "happy" in the RV, in two places only, as in the AV, Act 26:2; Rom 14:22 (where "blessed" would have done); also the comparative "happier" in 1Cr 7:40. Elsewhere the RV uses "blessed" for AV "happy," e.g., Jhn 13:17; 1Pe 3:14; 4:14.
