"to ask, beseech," is rendered "intreat," e.g., in Phl 4:3, AV (RV, "beseech").

Intreat, Intreaty:

"to beseech, comfort, exhort," is rendered by the verb "to intreat" in Luk 8:31, RV, "intreated" (AV, "besought"); Luk 15:28; Act 9:38, RV, "intreating" (AV, "desiring"); Act 28:20, RV (AV, "called for"); 1Cr 4:13; 2Cr 9:5, RV (AV, "exhort"); 2Cr 10:1, RV (AV, "beseech"); 1Ti 5:1, AV (RV, "exhort").

Intreat, Intreaty:

"to ask to be excused, to beg," etc., is rendered "intreated" in Hbr 12:19.

"ready to obey" (eu, "well," peithomai, "to obey, to be persuaded"), "complaint," is translated "easy to be intreated" in Jam 3:17, said of the widsom that is from above.

Intreat, Intreaty:

"an appeal, a comfort, exhortation," etc., is translated "intreaty" in 2Cr 8:4.
