Respect (Noun and Verb):
"a part," has occasionally the meaning of "a class or category," and, used in the dative case with en, "in," signifies "in respect of," 2Cr 3:10, "in (this) respect;" 2Cr 9:3, RV, AV, "in (this) behalf;" Col 2:16, "in respect of (a feast day)."
