      2. Zealous – fervent in spirit
        1. Enthusiasm
        2. Doing it as unto the Lord
      3. Active – serving the Lord
        1. Loving others as serving
        2. Being faithful – 1Co 15:58
      4. Optimism – rejoicing in hope
        1. Hope is vital
        2. Share our hope
      5. Patience – in tribulation
        1. Endurance
        2. Seeing trials from God’s viewpoint
      6. Prayerful
        1. Work at it
        2. Continue with persistence
      7. Generous – Rom 12:13
        1. Sensitive to needs
        2. Willing to share
      8. Hospitality – Rom 12:13
        1. Open heart and hand
        2. Open home
        3. Willing to accept personal inconvenience
      9. Without vengeance – Rom 12:14
        1. No grudges
        2. Bless them that curse
      10. Sympathetic – Rom 12:15
        1. Entering into the experience of others
        2. Willing to be involved
        3. Becoming vulnerable
      11. Harmony – Rom 12:16a
        1. Same Savior
        2. Same purpose
      12. Humility – Rom 12:16
        1. Do not seek power, position or prestige
        2. Do not gravitate toward the so called “High and mighty”
        3. Be willing to serve all
        4. Beware of pride
          1. Setting ourselves above others
          2. Being wise in our own eyes
