箴言10:2中，所罗门教导说： “不义之财毫无益处，唯有公义能救人脱离死亡。”（第2节）这句箴言揭露了以罪恶手段获得的财富或优势的空虚。通过欺骗、压迫、贿赂或操纵获得的金钱，或许一时看似有用，但其中却没有真正的生命意义。
