保罗回到本章开头所提到的原则，要彼此接纳，如同基督接纳你们一样，使荣耀归与神。藉着信，公义地生活是要担当彼此的软弱，接纳彼此，且效法基督的榜样。

在本书的结尾，保罗的信心福音指向了一个目的：神的荣耀。当我们彼此接纳时，当我们彼此服侍时，当我们因神的怜悯感谢祂时，祂就得了荣耀。当我们在日常生活中这样做时，就向他人彰显了神的爱。
